PLEASE READ
FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT THE TIME YOUR CAR IS READY
1) PART(S) AVAILABILITY
Supplier sometimes do not have your part locally available and it might need to be ordered from another state, this takes time.
2) PART(S)’ CONDITION
Some parts might arrive damage from the factory and unfortunately we have no control over this.
3) WRONG PART SENT BY SUPPLIER
Every so often supplier sends wrong part and this set us behind as we have to reorder the part
4) VEHICLE MIGHT PRESENT OTHER ISSUES WHEN BEING REPAIRED
Please plan accordingly.
5) VEHICLES ARRIVING IN TOW TRUCKS
If your vehicle arrives on in a tow truck we well call you and let you know when we will get to it as there are other customers ahead of you
6) VINTAGE/OLDER VEHICLES
If your vehicle is vintage or older please under that parts are not always readily available and it will take time to find them
7) CUSTOM WORK
If your vehicle needs custom work please understand this is usually done after hours and it will take a longer than usual
8) SALVAGE PARTS
Salvage parts require us to drive to junk yards and look for your part to help you save money. This takes time as we cannot always close the shop go search for your part so please plan accordingly and understand that this will take time. Also, the junk yard might not have the part for your vehicle and we might have to wait.
9) DIAGNOSING OIL LEAKS
Diagnosing oil leaks takes time as sometimes the leak is very small. Please understand this takes time.
10) ELECTRICAL ISSUES (PROGRAMING)
If your vehicle is having electrical issues please understand that in order to diagnose where the electrical issue is originating from we have to go through the ENTIRE vehicle as well as analyzing the vehicle's entire electrical diagram. This takes a lot of hours and days so please plan accordingly or let us know ahead of time when you will need the vehicle but we cannot guarantee it will be done by than as we mentioned above, these issues take time and electrical diagrams are very intricate.
If you cannot be without your car, please let us know in advance.
